The last book in the Magic Misfits series, and a lovely end to the story. Neil Patrick Harris has a real flair for writing books that make you feel good about yourself.

Whilst this mystery/horror was quite predictable in many ways, the horror and paranormal elements were so perfect this is still an easy 5 star for me! This was so much fun to read, giving me Riley Sager vibes.

This book. THIS BOOK. Nora wakes up in the midnight library following her death(?), a place where she can live every life that was spawned from a decision she made in her life/a regret. This dark premise ended up being so full of hope that I can't even comprehend my feelings towards this book. As someone who suffers from a few mental health struggles, this could not have arrived at a better time.

This was such an interesting read, it has it's flaws, but overall I was fully invested in the story (although I must admit I was more into Henry's story). The concept kept making me stop and think about what I would do in this situation, and whether I would make a similar deal.

There is not a single person who should not read this hauntingly beautiful memoir. Chanel Miller writes with such raw, honest emotion with no apologies. In less than 400 pages Chanel brings to light every wrong with the sexual assault judicial system in America (and quite likely most of the world) in an unflinching way, that somehow is still full of hope for a better future.

A wonderful brief black history with an emphasis on Britain. This is a must-read for all ages and would be perfect for an education setting.

Isadora Moon is half fairy and half vampire, and full of honesty.
Not only is there a big lesson in telling the truth in the book, but there's lots of cake!

One of my favourite reads of the month, genuinely fun with grimdark elements. The platonic friendship between Locke and Jean is absolutely wonderful.

Fantastic!
Non linear, intriguing and brimming with Geralt/Dandelion banter. This short story collection in the Witcher series is a brilliant introduction to the world, characters and the Witcher mythology.

I finished the second half of this book in January, and Grady Hendrix is firmly a 'must pick up' author.
The 80's nostalgia was immaculate, and the strong friendship was a joy to follow.
