Building on the story started in The Colour of Magic, Terry Pratchett was able to have alot of fun with the plot as the characters had been established.

Book one in the Discworld series (and the Wizards/Rincewind reading order), The Colour of Magic sets the tone for this series as a fun fantasy with dark elements. Full of British humour, Rincewind is a fantastic character to follow.

Isadora Moon is a part vampire, part fairy girl who takes you on her adventures which make the mundane magical. In this instalment we get to see Isadora's and Pink Rabbit's snowman (and snowrabbit) come to life!

The Only Good Indians is a beautifully written novel about intergenerational trauma, it is both brutal yet gentle. Stephen Graham Jones writes horror in such a intelligent way, that its well worth picking this up regardless of your preferred genre.

The atmosphere at the beginning of this book was stunning. However, sadly, it went completely downhill with a terrible second part and underwhelming ending. 3 stars for the part one atmosphere.
I recommend the film instead.

This was such a beautiful and poetic deep dive into the effects of an abusive relationship, and how important it is to share that it can happen in a same-sex couple. Carmen Maria Machado is an author I won't hesitate to pick up.

This was so much fun to read, full of both intrigue and feel-good vibes and genuine laugh out loud moments. Gracie is a wonderful character to explore Blackpool with alongside a cute adventure.
I received this book free from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.

This was a fun read, but nothing to be excited about. The Silver Eyes is a reimagining of the popular video game series with new characters.
The writing is not great (but Scott Cawthon isn't an author so it's understandable), and important information is left out of the story to allow a big 'reveal'. This might work well for people who don't read thrillers, but is always a big no-no to those that do.

Despite being correct to its time period, I hated the over use of slurs, sexism and racism.
