What a great story! So romantic and lovely. There was great open door steam also.
And a scene that made me gasp out loud.
I devoured it.

Oh how I loved these characters and this story, set in a Stars Hollow type small town in Vermont. Cliff is just the best.

Pucking Around

DID NOT FINISH: 60%

The novella prequel and the first half was 5 stars. Then it went off the rails for me. Rachel became completely unlikeable and the unethical piece of the plot was super cringy.

Great narration. Instalove isn’t really my thing and the characters don’t even know each other outside of a physical connection.
I had a hard time buying in to their long term success.
But the main characters were both great and the story kept me riveted.
