This has some good information, but it's so dramatic that it's almost a mockery of itself. This book is why so many people feel yoga is inaccessible.
Slow to start, but so very French and melancholic and haunting.
I love how sensual and atmospheric Rice's writing is. Claudia is so creepy and perfect.
The ending gave me chills.

I love V E Schwab, and I wanted to like this. But I just didn't care at all about Kate or August or their world.
It was fine. That's really all there is to say. It's hard to root for a character who, upon being given ultimate freedom, spends all his time raping and murdering. And the last-page-fourth-wall-break just made me roll my eyes.
Cool idea, but literally nothing happens. Insanely boring characters. The POV changes are poorly transitioned.
This just lacked the magic that I expect from Star Wars.

I hated that Ransolm betrayed Leia, but I also hate that he died for a crime he didn't commit after one goodbye where Leia realizes she can't help him. The only thing I really liked were the scenes with Han Solo, but those were too short.
Well that was fucking devastating.
And so my struggle to find a good book about fairies continues.
