This book caused me to grit my teeth so many times I need to go to the dentist.

I made it 48 pages. The dialogue was so robotic and weird that if I met any of these characters in person I would run screaming in the other direction.
I suffered through 57% and I cannot finish.
This predictable and tepid plot needed a story that was both hilarious and heartfelt. It was neither.

I gave up at 150 pages, read the ending, and genuinely wished I hadn't wasted my time on a single page. I can't believe there are 431 of them. How can there possibly be 431 pages of these two idiots not admitting they are in love

until they are fifty goddamn years old? So unbelievably dumb.
Body-snatching is gross, and trying to turn it into a "pure" love story is just beyond problematic. The protagonist is a creep and I just can't be inside his horrible little head for this many pages.
Gave up at 11% / page 31.

Why were all of these scenes so long? What should have been short, snappy scenes dragged on for minutes and minutes. It was unbearably stupid.
I am also so fucking tired of the trope of innocent virginal girl and ten-years-older world-traveler man.

I should have known from the split infinitive in the title that the author wasn't very intelligent, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt.
I should not have. I made it through a whopping 10%, all of which was yammering speculation and 0% of which was science.

Gave up about 24%. The horrible stereotypes about women, relationships, men, god all of it was so bad. I read the epilogue and threw up in my mouth.
I made it through seven hours of audio (WHICH IS ONLY 48% AND THIS BOOK IS MUCH TOO LONG) before the two love interests finally meet, and it's not even a good meetcute. It's no longer worth boring myself with this.
Literally made it 6% and I'm pretty sure this book gave me an anxiety disorder. Eleanor is so incomprehensibly stupid that I cannot stomach any more of this.
