Far superior to the biography I read earlier this year.

A warm, honest, account of a fascinating life. Michelle Obama didn't choose her life in the way that her husband did and so in some ways her public service is greater. (IMHO)

Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend.

I really enjoyed reading this book. James Clear had broken down a variety of realistic techniques and distilled them concisely, with humour, and in a way that I feel I can take action.

Teeny tiny observation is that his sources and references aren't incredibly diverse and tend to come from a similar background to the author.

That said, I'm really looking forward to chatting through with my book group and seeing what changes we plan/ have started to put in action.

A really tough read but an excellent one. Following ten deaths by guns during an 'average' 24 hours in America, Gary Younge must have spent so much time, effort and energy on building and developing this book. The research is impeccable and strong. His style of writing is full of compassion and truth.
It's so sad that this is America right now but it doesn't detract from the solid penmanship that out this book together.
Should be a read for everyone, not just those in the States.

Sally Rooney is a very special writer.
