You know how when you read certain books and they leave you a shell of the woman you were but like in a good way? Like I just finished reading this, and my brain is completely empty but I also feel like I’m thinking about every single thing that exists at the same time. How am I supposed to just move on now and function as a normal human being?

I really liked the writing style, I want to read more of Gulliksen’s books just for that.
The language was too difficult for me to find the motivation to read it in a foreign language without it being school work anymore.

The writing and the stories were good. I’ve realised that I just don’t really like the format of many short stories in one book. I would have loved to read about the characters more! The only reason I rate the book so low is the format, I really disliked it. Otherwise I’d give this like a 3,5 or 3,75.
