Literally just finished this book in time for season 2 of You!!! Omg, to those who’ve been waiting be very afraid. Season 2 is about to take us on a roller coaster! This book was so amazing! Caroline is an amazing writer, and I can’t wait to read more from this talented human. I’m very fascinated with the serial killer world... please don’t come for me. So that’s why this book is everything to me.

Wow! Seriously the best self help book I’ve ever read. No other book had made me feel more accountable for my BS, and I’m so grateful to Jen and her own journey. This book was well written. I loved that she gave examples throughout the entire book. They really did help with a clear image maybe I didn’t see before. I’m not sure why I write reviews after I’ve just finished a book. I’m still very shaken, and trying to dissect the awesomeness of this book.
