Antsy probably has the darkest backstory so far, although Cora is a good contender. This book is, in several ways, about how children can't always trust adults.

The shop of lost things is very interesting though, I love it as a concept. Also, it's interesting that Rowena (?) from the last book sort of "foreshadowed" Antsy's situation. Poor girls.

ALEXANDER NO

I love Wilbur <3

I hate Jonathan so much. and he's hiding not only Thomas's letters, but Alexander's too?! he's been doing nothing but making everyone miserable since Fran died

Far too many descriptions of giant spiders and Artie being a jerk.

I loved the cuckoo children and Mark though, and I'm sad that we didn't get to see what happened to them.

HAIL TO THE STOLEN GOD
