Loved this book and I learned so much about friendship. I think attachment and conflict resolution and being in it for the long haul is rarely mentioned or studied for friendships like it is for romantic and familial relationships so I appreciated this wasn’t something I’ve struggled with alone.
Short and sweet and to the point. Full of insights and gave color and clarity to things I’ve begun to notice but didn’t know that anything was different or that there was a spectrum. Something for every level of awareness
Indescribable. This book may not be for everyone but it was definitely for me. Paradigm shifting and life changing.
I liked this book. It had a lot of quotables. But I didn’t enjoy the format and the only way I was able to connect with many of the concepts was because I had previously had them explained to me before. I see the impact of the book and I definitely have hella notes to export but at times it felt too abstract and hard for me to comprehend
I’ve always loved her IG. This is a great overview for beginners and also good reference for those well into their journey. Truly something for everyone. I loved rhe journal prompts as well
3.75 stars I’ve tried to start his book off and on probably 8x. I liked it well enough but I felt like it lacked the depth I was looking for across so many pages. It’s like we were given enough to start to understand characters but they never got completed.
