Wow one of the best books I read this year, probably ever. Absolutely amazing. It was packed with thrills and horrors and all the creepy vibes, but also told a very important message of redemption and forgiveness and the importance of love. Really really great.
Holy cow the build up to the ending of this book was everything. I really loved this book 50 pages before it ended and then I finished it and I LOVED this book. What a wild and crazy turn. This book kept me entertained and interested the whole time. Just when I thought I figured it out Pinborough surprises with more twists. I really freaking enjoyed this.
Oh. Em. Gee. This was the CUTEST thing I've ever read. I LOVED this. It was so autumnal and and Halloweeny. It gave all the good vibes, and displayed all the parts of fall that I love. Deja and Josiah's friendship is the best thing in the whole world. I had all the feels!! The artwork was so fun and colorful and expressive. This book was filled with so much and not enough all at the same time. I have a feeling this is a book I'll reread every fall from now on!
Circe is beautifully written. I love the complexity of Circe’s character and the interwoven stories of Greek Legends. Her story acknowledged grief and loss, heartbreak, and the value of familial relationships and friendships. Wonderful.
