Beautiful writing by Michelle McNamara. She successfully balanced memoir with true crime, and created a gripping series of writings that express her dedication and observations during the investigation of the Golden State Killer.

A favorite from my childhood. So nostalgic and comforting to read. I actually listened to it on audio this time, and I would highly recommend it. The narrator was great.
