I really liked this one! I figured out who did it very early, but I enjoyed the journey in getting to why.

I do love a great character-driven mystery

I love that these mysteries are so twisty and complex. But somehow, this one felt slightly overdone. I still really liked it, but at some points I was just like, really?

Not my fave, but I do love Flavia.

This might be my favorite one yet! I really loved to see Flavia growing up a bit in this one, and how her emotions are affected by this. Also, this mystery was delightfully complex. It was good to see how the science played into the story, as well as the interpersonal relationships of the characters

A very different Flavia de Luce story, but still a really good mystery.

It's so interesting to see Flavia and the rest of the characters grow and evolve as the series progresses.
