This was delightful! Zoe learns how falls and fails are a part of learning to be really good at something. Also, the artwork is super cute.
This was hilarious and delightful and the characters were so realistic (and modern!)
Ledi was such a great main character, and the black girl scientist in me was so happy to see the way she was portrayed on the page. Thabiso was also an endearing male lead, realistic without being a jerk, which is always great.
Also, thanks to Alyssa Cole the phrase "fuckboy pandemic" is now in my vocabulary.

An amazing conclusion to the Binti series! At only 200 pages, this third book is still pretty short, but with lots packed into the pages. We see the culmination of all Binti's adventures and life changes as she grapples with major changes to herself and the world around her. This is stunning and brilliant and marvelous, and hooked me right from the beginning.
