Going into the sequel of a book you loved is always a scary thing because you can't imagine how it will live up, but Elle Cosimano did it again. Finlay's story felt fresh but also familiar, it didn't feel like a rehash of the first book but a great addition to it. It was full of turns and twists that I honestly didn't expect and I love that in a book! Honestly if you haven't picked these books you really should, since this masterpiece comes out on Tuesday!

I LOVE the banter in this book. Kit and Percy are hilarious without meaning to and their chemistry is so amazing. I loved the story and the character growth and although the resolution seemed a bit obvious to me it didn’t take away from the book at all.

I listened to the audiobook and the narrator did a great job except the way he pronounced “WH” annoyed me more than it should have.

This book was a really cute enemies to friends to lovers with a bunch of home renovation in the middle that I really enjoyed. The characters were from completely different backgrounds yet had a lot in common and the chemistry was palpable. It’s a good light romcom with zero smut to clean your palate.

I'm already missing this world and characters dearly and I literally finished the book less than a minute ago.
This book was the perfect wrap up for the duology, it answered all the questions but left me wanting more which is always an amazing feeling. North and Nimh are precious and I
just wished this book was 20 times longer just so I could keep living in their world.
Kaufman and Spooner gave us a world that is magical and diverse and this has became my favorite duology perhaps ever.

I really liked the journey of mental health this book takes you through. The characters had a lot going on but their growth arc was amazing and they were just super cute together, their friends were great support systems too and I loved that. The book is cute but nothing notable in the romance part but having MCs with anxiety and depression was extremely relatable and refreshing.

This book was the Hollywood romcom you need on a lazy Sunday. The characters were fun and had great chemistry, I learned tons about Ireland that I didn’t know and the growth arc of the main character was also great, in a steady pace to make it believable. Besides there’s a dog!

If you like light romcoms with fade to black this one is for you.

This book reads like a Disney Channel
Original Movie and I say that in the
best way!!! The story is fun and light,
the characters are likeable and relatable, there's crazy things happening that are both insane but believable and I just had so much fun reading this book!

If you enjoy both Bridgerton and Mean Girls, this is the book for you! It's a period piece presented in the most refreshing way and although the mean girls thing annoyed me at times, it was also extremely fun and I understood the need to the main character to belong. The story was fun, the romantic interest was dreamy and it was hilarious while touching important subjects like sexual assault and homosexuality in the 19th century.
