It’s hot and taboo just like I expected. It has insta love which makes me roll my eyes but again I came for smut and taboo and I got it so no complaints 😂
Im not sure if it was because my expectations were adjusted from book 1 or if the story actually improved, but I liked this book a lot more. It felt less YA and more NA (it didn’t hurt that we finally got actual spice 😂), and I’m actually intrigued by the plot
The way I love this series and would give my life for Jorgen 😭 definitely novellas that you cannot skip before continuing with the books and I’m glad I didn’t
It was a great conclusion to this trilogy!
Deka is an incredibly strong and resilient character who embarks in an adventure to find the truth of who she is and how to fight the patriarchy that kills women in the name of their gods. In this third book the stakes are even higher and I loved the new world building and how the relationships developed. I was very pleased with the ending and even though I would have preferred to see a little more at the end, I have no complaints
