Quick, adorable, but not even remotely a resolution. All build up to book two (which i am immediately reading)

A buddy read, not even remotely my style, I think I need new friends (jk I love them but not their book choices)

did they end up married? Also 24 orgasms in quick succession and he's shooting for 60???? SIXTY

I cried thru the entire second half and not in a cute love story way 

I really wanted to love this one. It's cozy and cute and full of magic which are all things I love!
But it feels like nothing happened. Every "challenge" was immediately overcome. There was no conflict or resolution. The children apologized for the wrong doings, immediately told their parents, and fixed everything with no repercussions. 
Not only that but FMC was cardboard and MMC was repetitive and whiny feeling. And after a day they were in love. 
Everyone immediately changed and everything was always fine. 

I dragged through this and it wasn't even long.
Not bad but had so much potential, I am disappointed for the story it could have been.
