So adorable and fun! Nice to see a yuri manga taking place somewhere other than school, and the character subplots kept me interested. Hinako's self love/ self acceptance plotline is almost too relatable. I hope I'll be able to get the physical soon!

I just read the entire (published) series and I'm so in love with these boys. Absolutely adorable and wholesome, by far the best BL I've read in a long while. I'm giving it five stars because I just had so much fun reading it!!

this series is just so much fun, I love the characters! just pure fun to read. dystopian/utopian (?) not-yet-gay fiction. I'm really looking forward to reading the rest of the series!! I'm reading the fan translation by nostalgia on 9th avenue (9th-ave.blogspot.com).

Really intriguing to read and see all these native American elements brought in to create this magical realism! The world really felt tangible. Lovely writing style too, fun to read.

had to read this for an assignment. it's a good academic work but god i wish academic books/articles were written in an easier style. you didn't need to write "indigenous exploitation of national resources" like that. it's just... "using what they've got," surely

I don't think this was for me in the sense that I've never eaten meat n therefore feel no guilt when it comes to that, but it was good regardless. Lost points for being slightly too wacky for my personal enjoyment but I know other people would enjoy this, horror just isn't a genre I enjoy.

definitely a cute halloween read! probably shouldn't have read it now since it's so dependent on the reader already being interested or immersed in spooky vibes (and i'm never that). but a lovely quick read nonetheless! the illustrations were also lovely, but they perhaps felt a little too spooky? the book itself isn't actually too creepy to me compared to the illustrations.

The Silmarillion

It's just... not for me. I saw someone say that it almost ruins the magic and mystery of lord of the rings, and I'm glad I never read enough to get to that point, I totally understand their statement. There's too much going on and the characters aren't interesting to me. Still love Tolkien though!! I just think this wasn't anywhere near publishing level and perhaps he didn't want it published at all. I doubt I'll read all the other posthumous books they've released in his name.

I have so many words for this and also none. No idea how to express how just I enjoyed reading it and being in that world! There are so many ideas and thoughts and concepts in here, there's no way for me to address them here. I'll definitely look back on this as one of the most important reading experiences in my life.
