Hannah and Collin have suffered big losses in vastly different ways. But they are both trying to move on. It's really easy for Hannah and not so much for Collin.
They find each other in Collin's aunt's cafe which he runs and she starts to work at.
Collin is such a sweet guy and really good hearted! He sings and plays guitar. Hannah is funny and sweet. They work really well together.
The ending

Pick up this book! You will love Hattie and Danny-twin brother and sister Army brats.
They are in their last year is high school with college in the horizon. They have been raised by their military dad alone since they were little.

Hattie is falling for her brother's best friend, Kellan. But he's been termed "of limits". When a kiss is shared in secret, Hattie worries about telling Danny. Tragedy hits and Hattie has to learn how to deal with her new world. She finds more family than she could have ever dreamed of and finally gets to let go of a toxic someone.

Oh my! You will cry in this book, I'm just warning you. It is so good and knowing (through Instagram) the author (but all opinions are my honest opinion), I can see her shining through the story. It's a beautiful dedication to her daughter Kinley. Make sure to read her story after the epilogue! Bring tissues!

Mostly small chapters make this an easy read to get through. The first chapter had me laughing a bit and it just drew me right into Jenn's world.
In the town of Mayfield, there is a murder. Then another. What does it have to do with the town? Are the people being killed to keep a development of homes from cropping up where the townspeople think the beach should be preserved for recreation use?
Jenn works for the firm representing the developers. But she hates it. What she also hates- being set up by her sister. She is on the way to one such date when she is pulled into the first murder investigation by finding the body.

I love stories about sisters!
Three sisters- Magnolia, Dahlia, and Rose. All at different stages in their life and having had drifted apart for years. They are called to their Aunt Sassy's place in Colorado where they used to spend time as kids.

I love each and every one of the sisters! They don't take much time to get back to as close as they used to be. They each take this time to change the trajectory of their lives. They each have some funny beginnings as they get back to this town. There are some very handsome men to help them too.

Aunt Sassy is a remarkable woman who has been through some tough times.

If you pick this up, you will fall in love with this little town and the people, including the sisters! Sweet and charming Christmas story.

Holly Banks is not having the best first week in her new home of Primm Village. She is just trying to survive sending her only daughter to her first week of Kindergarten. Then total chaos erupts and throws Holly into a world of perfectly put together Pinterest type moms and some over the top (but sort of loveable) women... Especially PTA president Mary Margaret St. James. I laughed out loud so many times in the book! I think most will love this. Holly is sure to worm her way into your heart!

Oh this book made me laugh so hard in places!
I loved getting back to Holly (who is still navigating her way through Primm life) and even Mary-Margaret (who is still just pushy ol' Mary-Margaret). This time around Holly's dog, Struggle, takes a big part in a mystery about the town.
Holly is trying to get her film finished to enter into the festival, she's part of "planning a wedding", her house has a mishap, and so many other things-dealing with the HOA, her silly film partner Caleb, etc. She just has a bundle of perfection trying to get out and nothing seems to be going her way.
Personally, I would recommend reading the first book to get all the craziness that is Primm before reading this one.

Such a fun 3 novella collection!
I loved each and every story. They are full of hope and laughter.
Two Bells of Christmas- twins switch places and it was fun to see the one twin needing to remember how to act like her sister. When the switch is realized, I'm so happy how the sisters weren't torn apart by it!
Promise Me Again- a secret wedding going to take place but not if the Jacob's(the groom) brother has anything to say about it. I'm not saying that Norman caused something to happen but I'm not saying he didn't either. He made me mad but he didn't ruin things altogether.
A Christmas Journey- a girl wishes to spend Christmas with her father now that the war is over. But she has to travel to London when he does not come because she's tired of not spending Christmas with him. Accompanied by a young soldier, his soldier friend, her maid, and her elderly steward.. She might just make her own holiday to remember!

This was an impressive and eye opening debut!

Virgil Wounded Horse is raising his nephew on the Rosebud Reservation. He works as an enforcer (as we learn the feds want nothing to do with major crimes on the reservation) so he feels he can give out some justice. Nathan gets involved in some drug business and ends up being put into in a sting.
The second half was full of so many different things but it kept my rapt attention. My heart was in my throat for much of it and what would come next.

Be sure to read the author's note. It gives some great insights into the story. There are ceremonies in the book and the author spent time researching what he could and could not write about the ceremonies.

3.5
Cute contemporary YA romance. There are the predictable parts but it was a laugh out loud book for me.

I knew where the book would end up but the journey there wasv pretty fun. Parts made me mad but not so mad because again of where it would end up.

It's easy to see why Andrew and Keeley are such great friends. There was some shock at the end with Andrew to me but maybe I should have seen that little part coming.

Dean may have been hot and older, but iy bugged me that he saw Keeley's friends as "so high school" when she is the same as her friend. He was kind of an idiot to not see that she was still wanting to have her high school experience.

Beautiful historical romance. Esther lives in Tasmania, the daughter of a lighthouse keeper. When a shipwreck brings Luca to their home, her life will take a turn but is it what she's been longing for?
Esther and Luca have such a great relationship. I was so mad at some of her family members and their treatment of her. I especially had a problem with her sister, Margaret. I wanted to reach in this book and slap that one!
