Sienna comes back home 10 years after she discovered a murdered girl at her college campus. A girl that very well could have been mistaken for Sienna! Her Mom suffers from delusions, certain everyone is out to get her and her family.
Sienna has always worried she might be like her mother and being home with these memories being drudged up, it might seem that way.
Could the killer be ready to get Sienna when he didn't kill her all those years ago?
Though I guessed who the killer had been pretty quickly, I was still intrigued by the thought that I might be wrong. This was so compulsively readable, I read over 200 pages in a day. I'm usually lucky to get 100 a day.

I love T.M.'s way of totally drawing you into the story with so many twists and turns. You never know what to expect.
4 best friends and their families go on vacation together. There will be many lies, secrets, and a suspected affair. The adults aren't the only one with secrets. The teenagers have their own but this isn't brought into the story until later in the book.
None of the friends husband's were likeable to me. They should have been better men and stood up for themselves.
Totally readable and great for fans of Logan's previous books.

Wilde was found in the woods as a young boy. Now it's 30 years later and he's helping his friend, criminal attorney Hester, find some missing teens. What I love about this is that it's only the surface of a bigger problem.
Now I just love Hester. She is a whip smart woman who doesn't take no for an answer. She genuinely cares about her clients and her family.
Wilde knows how to be invisible but he's really good at his investigations. He is still a mystery all these years later with not knowing why he was left in the woods. But he got really good skills having to survive in the woods by himself.
This book was so good and I loved the tiny glimpses we got of Hester helping out Simon from Run Away.

I really enjoyed this second novel by Rebecca.
What would you feel when you go to sleep and wake up 5 years down the road to a different life? Then to actually wake up back where you were? Would you feel this was fate? Dannie doesn't know what to think when this happens to her.
I picked it up because I wanted a light read in between some heavy ones. While this isn't a lighthearted rom com, it sure read like one. Meaning I got through the book in 2 days. This was more to me a story about an amazing friendship between 2 women and their lives.
I really enjoyed the friendship of Dannie and Bella. Dannie is a women who knows what she wants in her career and does everything she should to get here there (and she does). Bella is more free spirited and owns an art gallery.
While there are light moments throughout, there is also a big part of Bella's life that becomes hard and tragic.

April is great and she is an everyday Mom. I've been in her shoes... Being a full time mom is hard!
This book was so funny. I laughed many times at the absurdity of her life but felt in many ways like she did. As a mom, you are always on the go and it's usually for the little people... Not yourself.
I really liked that she found a friend in her therapist, June, and that she was able to help June out.
Also-small side with Snoop Dogg in here.

This character driven novel centers on Angel, a very promising young woman on a Philadelphia swim team. But the story is told through the eyes of her younger sister Jeannine and best friend/teammate Alex.
Angel is the main care taker for her family... Her mom, Pic, is always turning to drugs/drinking and is not a good adult for her kids to have in their lives. Their stepdad (dad to one of the younger girls) is not much better. Angel is working toward a better future for herself.
Then one day, Angel disappears.
This was a very sad book. These kids have to live in a rough neighborhood and tough town. They needed better adults in their lives.

I flew through this lovely story about sisters!
How hard to be left at an orphanage at a young age, never to see your own mother again! Why did Dorothy and Esther's mom abandon them?
After the sisters age out of Blakeley Hall, they only have each other. But there is already the threat and then actual coming of war. I really liked how they took care of each other in different times of need. There are sad parts as lives are lost.
The end made me a bit sad as we find out why they were left in the first place.

*trigger warning for abuse (sexual and mental), death and a traumatic event *
This was a great story. I love Liya. I love that she speaks her mind even though that's not how she was raised. She's so snarky and I love her arguments with Jay.
Jay is such a sweetheart and such a loving family guy. He knows he's charming but he isn't cocky.
I love the enemies to lovers side of this book. The first meeting of them? Kind of funny and a bit crazy. From the having to work together to the late night chats that slept bring them to friends and more was adorable.
I love learning a bit more about the Indian culture. I really hate the trauma that Liya went through and I hate the one who hurt her even more. What a disguising excuse for a person!!

Angela is calmly creepy in this page turner about her obsession with her high school love. The way she goes through the whole book acting like she is innocent and I think she believes she is. Pretty good story
Thanks to the author, Kristy, for reaching out to send me her book! #gifted
This book was the perfect beachy read. While it was light and fun at times, at others it was thought provoking and meaningful. It really made you look into what makes family- is it only through blood or does it come from other bonds?
We have 2 different woman on 2 different paths.
Gray is a very successful CEO but who's also losing her husband in a divorce.
Diana is a woman who leaves her cheating boyfriend and ends up living in her car. These unlikely friends help each other navigate through their troubles and become so close.
I liked the cast of other characters that surround these 2 women and are in their lives.
