Loved the simplicity of the plotting and the writing. It all flowed so smoothly. Attached to the characters almost immediately. Excited to read the next book next year. 

I could not connect with this book at all.

several times I had to pause reading and cry really hard. from an objective standpoint, this book is an exemplar of "show, don't tell." whatever I saw through its pages broke me.

I loved this book so much, I cried reading the acknowledgements at the end. stunning writing, but even more: what a story. just absolutely loved it. I am going to have to read EVERYTHING Ava Reid has written and will write. 

pleasurable execution of the stalker fantasy. wish addie was more interesting as a character.
