DNF. I was so bored. Characters had no personality. No descriptive or emotional narrative. Dry narrative with little world building. Not for me.

Fantastic, thorough guide to women's clothing during WWII. I loved how this book goes into depth about the different ways women were involved during the war, many of which I wasn't aware of. Lots of great photos, too.

This book was all over the place. The last quarter of the book was almost not readable. I don’t care if they’re not ACTUALLY siblings, it’s still gross

This book is well-written and enjoyable, with laugh out loud moments, but I feel like the people who need to read it, won't. There are some really great quotes in this book, but overall, I felt like it lacked substance. The themes of the essays didn't feel cohesive to me.

I enjoyed this book, but I found it somewhat difficult to follow. There is little narrative flow, which made it difficult to grasp the characters or plot.
