I was 68% of the way through, but I didn’t care about reading to the end. I really wanted to like this, as I appreciated the ace and BIPOC representation. As one other reviewer said, “I did not understand why the characters wouldn't just be together and why they would put off the first kiss so long other than to extend the plot. I just felt frustrated trying to finish this book.” Sums up my thoughts exactly. 

I’m skipped ahead to read this particular couple’s story and it was just so… boring. All that build up and tension in the previous books just evaporated.
