Really enjoyable kinda second chance science romance novella
- second chance / its always been you vibes
- second chance / its always been you vibes
Honestly kinda just got confused as to who was who - being written in third person its always something that i can struggle with and can get confused with it, especially if their povs within it arent clearly labelled, and just wasnt invested enough to continue

I love a sports romance and I love fake dating so combining the two I really enjoyed it
I did like the narrator's but imo the male narrator sounded a lot older than the character he was meant to be playing
- fake dating
- he reads her romance books
- inexperienced FMC
- college football

This story is very much about acceptance, accepting the past and that you cant change it, accepting what you want to do and who you want to be with.
Although I enjoy Zeke and Riley in this book and the journey they go on, I LOVE them in later books - how strong their relationship is, how much they've grown individually and together
- brothers best friend
- forced proximity (roommates and teammates)
- hidden relationship
- college football
- duel pov

I went through all the emotions reading this, I laughed, I cried, I experienced it all
Me *hand shaking emoji* Annie - the same person
I need like 3 - 5 buisness days to process and absorb all of this book cos it was perfect!!
I love how open the communication was between Annie and Will, like even when they needed time apart to process their feelings they straight up text each other like 'youre avoiding me' 'yep me too' like I love healthy communication!!
I like that we got to see more of the goings on in the town - like Phill and Todd!!! Mabel (omg can she please adopt me or just be my friend or something - I feel like I need her in my life), the secret town meetings
Will reading Annie's romance books and then the ending where he kinda recreates it!! He's just so ugh I dont even know how to put it into words but he cares so much about her and is straight to the top of my book boyfriends list!!
I love that we got to see Noah and Ameilas wedding and that we got to continue a bit with their journey
- first person duel pov
- small town
- practice dates
- shes a flowershop owner, hes a bodyguard
- opposites attract (adventurous playboy x small town good girl)
- he reads her romance books
Also (this is kinda spoilery for one of the following but also speculation) when I was rereading WIR the other day I was like 'i hope one of the sisters ends up with James, I hope its Maddison cos he owns a farm and she really enjoys cooking' and then!!!! James when he learns that shes going to NY!!! I cant!!!!

This was very fun concept and like that it was based around Eurovision, I liked that you got to follow all 4 main characters for over a decade of their lives.
You get little snapshots of where they are in their lives once a year when they meet up at Eurovision. Despite the fast pace of it, it took me a while to get into the book just as I was wanting more from the snapshot we saw and wanted to know what directly happened next before moving on. However, I still really enjoyed the journey that we went on with all of the characters, I thought the writing style made it very easy to follow and I did really enjoy the ending
- 3rd person

Didn't really have an interest in the story/the characters
Didn't enjoy it as much as the first one, felt like there was less about their actual relationship, even though everything that happened helped to question what they wanted, who they were and what their relationship actually looked like. There was a lot of angst and I just wanted them to be happy which I guess they were in the end but I want to experience it more

I love this book, the story is so fun and kept me gripped the whole time
I also loved both the narrator's, thought their voices worked together really well
*This book does end on a cliff hanger
