I had a great time listening to this and I really enjoyed the narrator

I love Ali's writing, it's always a good time and when the spice hits you know it's going to be good, and it was. The mouth on Jack....

- STEM
- academic rivals (ish)
- fake boyfriends brother

I loved this book!!

For someone who's a playboy and never had a serious relationship Cater was the perfect boyfriend and always knew what to say, I love how obsessed he was with Olivia

I really liked the whole friendship group and can't wait to read some of their stories. Hank had me crying at multiple points idk what it is  about hum but I adored him

I really enjoyed the pacing of this book and loved that we got a lot of time of them being happy and together after the 3rd act conflict and it didn't feel rushed to wrap up the story

- sports romance (hockey)
- reformed playboy
- found family vibes
- he's obsessed with her (in the best way)

I had a great time reading this!

- sports romance (motocross/freestyle rider x gymnast)
- training together

I really enjoyed the annoyance they had for each other at the start and how you could tell it wasn't actually annoyance and more than they liked each other

I really liked the whole Holland family and loved their vibes and how they really stuck together

The 3rd act conflict/break up and getting back together was so good and done in a really great way it gave me all the feels

I can't wait to read more from this series and Rebecca in general

Overall I liked this book, I enjoyed the plot and main characters and also the narrators

- fake dating
- sports romance (baseball)
- only one bed

I really liked the premise of this book, it has a lot of my fave tropes and I found it really fun and there were some really enjoyable moments in this book

There are a couple of heavy topics but thought they were handled well

A negative for me is that the conflict in the book was solved way too late imo, I'm someone who wants to live a little in the HEA before the end and this conflict etc was happening in the 90% mark which was just a little too late

Thank you to NetGalley and Bonnier UK audio for the ALC - all opinions are my own
hopeful inspiring fast-paced
Plot or Character Driven: A mix
Strong character development: Yes
Loveable characters: Yes
Diverse cast of characters: No
Flaws of characters a main focus: No

RZR is one of my fave series and I love this whole little family and I’m so glad that its growing and we get to meet new characters and fall in love with old friends

I loved getting to know Kyle’s backstory and understand why he was the way he was during college, and I loved seeing him take on this new role being a supportive dad and partner to Seb and Mads respectively

Its not a Kandi book without a tonne of angst which was so good but what i loved most is once Kyle and Mads got together they stuck together through everything and never doubted each other (this means no 3rd act break up)

I love love loved being back with the whole RZR gang in this book, you get so many scenes of them all together and get to catch up with their lives and see how they’re all doing post college (aka thriving)

I love this little fictional family

- second chance (childhood friends to lovers to strangers to lovers)
- fake dating (tho let's be real it was never fake)
- single mum
- sports romance (pro american football player)
- no 3rd act break up
- 1st person / dual pov

I cant wait for Bradens book, the little hints about his backstory and also the starting plot of his book - i have so many questions and cant wait to continue in this universe

Thank you to Kandi and her team for the ARC - all opinions are my own

Ps i need bonus content scenes of [spoilers redacted]
Riley and Zekes engagement and elopement, weve got to see so many weddings i need to see theirs please and thank you kandi

This was a great read!

- small town
- sports romance (bull riding)
- forced proximity
- brother in laws
- Queer romance (MM)

I thought their relationship was really cute and I like that the book was set over a long period of time that it felt natural and had a good pace to it

With the main characters being brother in laws I wasnt sure if there would be any cheating but they're separated before the start of the book and get divorced before anything happens

I enjoyed the whole 'omg this is so wrong to be making out with my brother in law' and the tension and conflict that it brought

Thank you to The Author Agency for the ARC - all opinions are my own

This was a good listen, i enjoyed the plot however i didnt really feel the romance between the two main characters and wasnt the biggest fan of the narrators

- one night stand
- secret identity
- accidental pregnancy
- sports romance (american football)

This was a great quick summer read!

I really enjoyed the journey we went on with Abi, from having a routine she was stuck in and every second of the day accounted for to relaxing and having the best time on holiday, it was so fun

I loved the setting of the Tuscan vineyard and surrounding area, it was described in the best way and had me wanting to book a holiday and visit asap (please say this place is real, it seemed like the best vibe and the supporting main characters were all so lovely)

I enjoyed the will they wont they aspect of the romance, it kept it exciting and I was never frustrated with it or just wanting them to be together, I liked that it was a mix of plot and own character emotions preventing them being together and liked the way that they came together in the end and thought it was really cute

- holiday romance
- set in Italy
- 1st person, single pov

Thank you to Aria & Aries and NetGalley for the ARC - all opinions are my own

I enjoyed this book and thought it was a great quick listen

I haven't read many marriage in crisis books and although miscommunication/lack of communication was the main issue for it, it wasn't frustrating (which often can be the case with miscommunication)

I liked that the kids and the grandad planned together to trick the parents into spending time together at their cabin

I feel like it didn't solely focus on the romance and more on the family bond and getting everyone to spend time together and to have open communication

- marriage in crisis
- forced proximity
- meddling family

The Kiss Countdown

Etta Easton

DID NOT FINISH: 52%

I just couldn't get into this or feel the connection between the main characters
