In true Sarah and Beth fashion, they meet you where you are with grace and thoughtfulness. How can we move forward when we disagree? How can we care about each other in community? We all need these voices in our ears.

Interesting premise, but underdeveloped. I did enjoy it and it’s a quick read. Worth your time, but not one to reread.

Wow. Truth is weirder than fiction. So well researched and so much interesting information. Certainly not a topic I’ve studied much myself but so intriguing.

Excellent if you need a good cry. Read it in one sitting.

If you enjoy family dramas, this book is a good one. It does drag a little in spots,  but does a good job of addressing mental illness and our response to it in ourselves and in others.

Loved this book, highly recommend the audio for the Easter eggs, but the hardcover has so many pictures. Get them both

A compelling history of the years leading up to WWII. Looking inside Hutler’s government as he rose to his dictatorship, as seen by the US ambassador and his family. Mind blowing. Truth is even more compelling than fiction

This book focusing on the bombing in London during WWI was a different take on the war than is usually found in most WWII novels. The devastation of those at home is so hard to bear. This book will make you angry and break your heart simultaneously.
