What did the ending mean???????

Surviving the night? More like enduring the night

I never want to put this book down. I loved it and hated it at the same time because it was written in such a way that you can't really be sure that everything is going to be okay and something is definitely going to irrevocably happen
I kept reading it nonetheless and I would read something and then I'd have to just stare at the wall
Because you don't know what is real and what isn't even when you reach the end
