I loved this novel. I struggled to put It down. the way it was told from each characters point of view didn't deter from the story but rather made it flow perfectly. I felt the characters fear, anxiety and humiliation as if it was my own. and as the story was told from each characters point of few my mind raced to find who-dun-it as everyone seemed innocent and guilty at the same time! although about three quarters in it my early veiws on what had actually happened that day in detention became true so I was disappointed that I figured it out and wasn't entirely left surprised. But still a fantastic read and I'd recommend it to everyone!

One cannot have enough Magnus Bane in their life.

Loved. Every. Second.

Hilarious and brilliant as one could only expect of Magnus Bane and loved how all the stories tied in with conversations and events that happened or were hinted at in the mortal instruments. Loved to see more of Catarina and Tessa and was interesting to find out what the favour Raphael owed magnus.

Fantastic work from Cassandra Claire and Sara - Rees Brennan and Maureen Johnson. As usual I am not disappointed by yet another novel from the sharpshooter world. I was so caught up in the story of the Dark Artifices I forgot about and wished i'd read it sooner. 12/10

Officially enrolling myself at sharpshooter acadamey

I can't fault it. I'm in love with this world and Cassandra Claire's way of writing. It was interesting to have a book from the point of view from simon, after the war, struggling to remember who he was and who he wanted to be. It was school to see the running of the academy and how mundanes become shadowhunters. I also liked the few flashbacks, with Will and tessa and their son, and how Alec and Magnus got max. Well worth a read as it will help fill the void while we all wait for the next book in December.

Can I have the sequel now?

If I lived back then in the 18th century, I too would probably have ran drunk too much, ran through the palace at Versailles naked and get kidnapped with pirates. I loved all the characters in this book and I resonated with Henry so much. The story flowed nicely and doesnt drag considering they are traveling so much. I loved how everything went wrong at every turn and yet somehow went right at the same time. It was hilarious, heart warming and a bit awkward at times but that's what makes it great. I can't wait to read the sequel to this

A refreshing LGBT romance and I WANT A SEQUEL!

I went into this book with an open mind and not expecting anything, as it's not my usual style as I tend to stay away from spy novels, but this isn't your typical spy novel. I loved the idea of the ILC as for me it's a new and refreshing concept. I loved Cayden and his relation with Dyl and Juliette. I loved how the story played out and the way it was written. It was funny in parts and I really resonated with how the characters were feeling. Some of the twists kept me on my toes and I honestly did not see how this story was going to end. 12\10 would read again and I look forward to reading more by Cale Dietrich! Honestly I find it a struggle to find a good novel with a gay protagonist and this novel filled that void and more!!

I can't even

I went into this book expecting nothing and I must say I loved it and I am about to buy the sequel! I loved Noah and Harry and sophie. It was fun and I completely resonated with everything that we happening. I found it hilarious how everything went wrong for him at every turn. I did struggle with how awkward Noah was but I grew to love it in the end. 12\10 would recommend if you want a funny, heart warming coming of age novel.

A heartening rollercoaster

This book was like watching a final destination movie - except trying to guess how the next person would die with anticipation , this story filled me with dread. I was in love with the characters. And I didn't want them to die. I felt myself looking at how much percent was left like the boys did on their phones, my heart racing the entire time. This book was full of so many heart wrenching moments, laughs and thrills. I feel like I lived with Rufus and Mateo on their last days , laughed when they laughed and hurt when they hurt. It was a refreshing concept for the story, something that made me have a lot of questions , but those questions left unanswered (like how does D.C KNOW??) is what makes me love this book more. This is the second Adam Silvera novel I have read, the first being history is all you left me and he is fast becoming my new favorite author. I feel like I'm not spoiling anything about this novel considering the reader goes into knowing they both die, so RIP Rufus and Mateo. May you shine as constellations and that you and the Plutos always out towards and around each other 💗💔💗

Can I please have another book?!?

I am absolutely gutted this is over. I fell in love with this work instantly . And if we don't get another book, I am glad to say that I am satisfied with the ending. This is a fantastic series and Josephine Angelini is a brilliant mind and I am so happy that she created this world for us all to enjoy. Honestly, please please please pick up this series. it has something for everyone. Especially if you love witches. Magic, love, betrayals, friendship, loyalty, family, shamans, war, plot twists and let's not forget the fresh, imaginative dystopian world (or should I say worlds). 14\10. One for each city. 😜
