Really enjoyed this bit of a book about love between siblings, reading and what makes a good story. Book magic.
Also makes me want to go back and read The Lion, the witch and the wardrobe.

I loved the Native American history and culture. The mystery was well played and characters complex. It was hard to read at points, so realistic.

Super fun murder mystery. I loved the characters, the bit of romance, the culture. Lots of food talk, probably a bit more than I needed. Not sure if I'll be returning to this series, but I did enjoy!

I have read a lot of regency romances of late, seems to be my thing. This one is lacking and I'm not sure why. I did like the mystery and how it tries to shed light on a still very important issues, but I just didn't like the characters. Could be just me, but I think I will pass on the rest of this series.
