I am so upset I didn't finish the sooner. I started this book over a year ago, made some decent progress. Then my cat knocked my bookmark out of my book. I was so upset I threw in the towel and gave up, not wanting to re-read it all. Well, something sparked and I decided to pick it up again. Ugh... this book was incredible. I love the characters and absolutely love the story progression.

I don't know what to say other than this is the most beautiful book I have read to date. I'm so emotionally attached to everyone. Love the characters development, love every single page of this book. I had such a hard time putting it down. I can't wait to start book #4.

Wow... just wow is all I can say. I couldn't put this book down. So many twists and turns and amazing things happened in this book. I thank Sarah J Maas for restoring my love of reading. I absolutely love this series more than words can express.

OMG... The ending nearly had me in tears. I love all the surprised Sarah J Maas gives us. I love submerging myself in this incredible world where I care too much for the characters. l literally love everyone of these characters. I am however, very disheartened to have to wait a year to continue this adventure. I couldn't keep myself away. I am so thankful to have come across this book series.

I was pleasantly surprised with this book. Loved the story, definitely loved the characters. Don't get too attached to anyone though. I loved the fact that it was fast-paced. You skip several years at a time which I can appreciate. Get the back story, throw a little something in and then the meat of it.

Also, I swear my cat kept trying to get ahold of this book while I was reading it... it's like he knows!

I literally have no words. This book was amazing. It made me cry, and broke my heart, and restored my heart, and made the world so real. I love how SJM attaches me to these characters. And I fear for their lives as I read on. I don't want to lose these characters. As much as I would love to draw out this world forever, I will be jumping right into ACOWAR. Thank you SJM, for your world building, your poetic nature, and the love and care you put into this book. Thank you!

Honestly, it took me forever to read this book because the beginning didn't grip me. I was very hesitant on the plot of the book in the first place, but bought an e-book copy very cheap. So I finally decided to buckle down and read it since I was sick of it being in my "currently reading" section on Goodreads. The book totally redeemed itself and hooked me. So much so that I bought the other books in the series and plan on reading them very soon. I wound up loving the politics in the book and didn't think the romance was as corny as it initially sounded. Great, great read.

Oh...my...goodness!!!! This book was phenomenal. While I agree that ACOMAF was an incredible book, ACOWAR doesn't fall far behind in my opinion. I loved learning more about the high lords, loved the relationship building, and all the small political elements. This book made me cry FOUR TIMES! FOUR!!! And I don't just cry that easy. The focus of friends and family in this just filled my heart with so many emotions. I can't wait to see where the other books go. This trilogy was amazing!
