TW: body shaming, talks of anorexia and bullying.
Thank you @penguinrandomhouse for this ARC in exchange for my honest review!
This book is enjoyable, hilarious and thought provoking! I loved Greers journey into loving herself more and realizing she’s more than her large chest and letting others into her life more. Her friends encouraged and challenged her and I liked her ability to push herself especially in volleyball!
I did think this book could’ve been a bit shorter since it did drag on at parts! I also didn’t love her parents involvement in her life, especially with her body image. I would’ve liked them to encourage her and support her mentally more!
If you’re looking for a YA book with a strong female character, a book about body image and hilarious side characters, this book is for you!

Book Review: Life’s Too Short by Abby Jimenez (The Friend Zone #3) 👏🏻🧁🧽
TW: ALS, death, talks about drug abuse and hoarding
This book was INCREDIBLE! Abby Jimenez can write an amazing book (I loved all three of her books in this series)! Her books are emotional, heartbreaking, powerful and so well written!👏🏻
The main character Vanessa lives life on her own terms and lives life to the fullest! She is the caretaker of her infant niece and stuck at home when she is usually traveling and making videos traveling the world. Of course Vanessas help shows up in the form of a hot lawyer that lives next door and wants to help with her niece. 💗
Vanessa is so brace, strong and full of love and joy! Adrian is supportive, attentive and overall amazing! I loved seeing their friendship evolve and deal with hard situations along the way!
Jimenez has a way of writing characters and situations that make you want to hug the book after and cry for the characters and how strong they are!😍😭
Fun fact: the author is also an incredible baker and owns a bakery in my city and she has also won Cupcake Wars on the food network! 🧁🎉

This book was such a delight! I loved the authors writing style, the format of the book and the characters!
I know this is crazy, but I hadn’t read Little Women before! Even thought I haven’t read Little Women, I truly enjoyed this book and I didn’t feel lost at all.
This book is a fictional sequel to Little Women from Jo’s perspective!
Jo and her sisters are brave, strong and I especially enjoyed when they went to New York City. Learning about this time period is so fascinating to me and the epilogue of this book was well written with more information about Louisa May Alcott!
There were a few parts where I thought it drug on but overall, this book was entertaining and made me want to read more about the March sisters!

💗Book Review: You Had Me at Hola🔥🎥
This book has been on my tbr for quite a while and I finally checked it out from the library!!
I flew through this book and loved the setting, characters and the steam was so well written in this book 🤩
The troupes in this book are close proximity, single parent, movie stars and enemies to lovers ✨
Jasmine is an amazing main character and I loved her growth throughout the book. Her relationship with her grandmother is so sweet and I love how much her grandma was obsessed with Ashton (the other main character)!
Ashton is brave, closed off and so protective of his family, son and their relationship. I loved seeing his character in their acting scenes and his friendship to others.
This romance book was great and I’d recommend it if you like fast paced books with steam! 👏🏻🔥

✨Book Review: What’s Mine and Yours 💛🧡
I read this one for Literary Leagues April pick!
Although I enjoy family saga books and diverse books such as The Most Fun We Ever Had and Ask Again, Yes, I unfortunately couldn’t get into this book.
This book jumped around too much for me and there were too many characters involved! I did enjoyed the first 100 pages, the setting and the character growth and the concept but I just struggled to finish it.

Book Review: The Office of Historical Corrections by Danielle Evans ✨
TW: racism, allusions to sexual assault and date rape, kidnapping, public execution, indefinitely and violence
I read this book for January’s Literary League and had an awesome discussion with the Midwest chapter!

Once again I read another historical fiction book that left me smiling, tearing up and wanting to hug the book because of how much I loved the story and the characters!
