This book was not for me and I found it very problematic.

Wow! This book is incredible! It is moving, brilliant, eye opening and heart breaking all at the same time! Loved it

I absolutely LOVED this book!! Well Met is swoon worthy and so cute!

Sadly, this book fell flat for me. The first section was really good and I enjoyed learning about Glendon’s life but the rest was just meh for me. Untamed preached the quote on this coffee mug, ‘Hello Gorgeous’ that’s how I would describe this book, quotable and most quotes you could put on wall decor or a coffee mug but it was too preachy for me. It was cool learning about how Glennon parented with her new wife Abby and their journey to be together.

Since this is a nonfiction book, I will not be adding a star rating but rather simply sharing my thoughts! There has been lots of conversations around this book and whether the therapy is ethical but I decided to read it anyway with a grain of salt and learn from the lessons as a whole. ⁣
