Honestly. This book was such a drag. The main characters were the whiniest characters I've ever known. Everyone in this book was stupid. I'm only giving it 2 stars because I liked the very very end.

Clever clever clever. Truly a look into the darker side of human nature, a side it seems everyone has and everyone will use when they see fit. This book had me cringing quite a bit - people being caught in a lie will always do this to me. The final 20% or so really had me hooked and the end couldn't have been more perfect.

I did enjoy this book, I just expected a lot more. It wasn't that shocking or thrilling, I never really thought anyone was in any real danger. The first half was great but just felt like a build up to the actual story and the kidnapping itself was just shoved in there and was over in an instant. Not much suspense and (sorry if you think I'm wrong) but it wasn't all that shocking or horrifying in my opinion. It left me wanting a lot more
