I'm pretty bummed about this. I've had it on my shelf for a while waiting on the perfect time and not even 50 pages in, the killer is basically served up on a silver platter. No, thank you. 🥲
I figured it was Cooper with how sketch he was from the engagement party. But what really had me needing it to get rolling faster was this line:
𝘔𝘪𝘯𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘊𝘰𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘳’𝘴. “𝘉𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥,” 𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘥.
Like, c'mon! That was giving us the killer on a silver platter😮💨 Who's dad tells their kids to "be good" while being arrested and drug out the house for 5 teen girl murders?

This was gut-wrenching and tore my fucking heart out 😭 I knew going in there would be no HEA and I thought I was ready for that kind of ending. I was not. I was an absolute MESS. Please, please take your mental health and the trigger warnings seriously because K. wasn't playing around with this one.

Zechariah is a cannibal and a stalker. He hunts the ones that slip through the justice system, but when he runs into Freya at a hardware store he becomes obsessively in love. Their relationship is toxic, but the devotion and love is there. I just kept thinking "in another life" for them🥲

I didn't expect the twist at the end. I reread those last lines over and over and 𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓. This was such a a tragic story, but I'm completely in love with it!

First off, it took me until I read "Moon Blade" to realize where Brokk was familiar from and when I tell you I 𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙙!! 😍👏🏻 Brides of the Moon Blade Clan is an all-time favorite series of mine, and having this crossover had me bouncing for absolute joy😭🖤 I wondered if Brokk would get his own book, so imagine my surprise when Krista gives the best gift ever!
𝑹𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑶𝒓𝒄 is full of swoon-worthy, cinnamon roll romance, relatable MCs, 🔥 spice, and an adventurous, action filled plot. I devoured it in only a few hours! I loved getting to read about Brokk's life on Earth and Lara come out of her shell. The action was there and kept me on my toes between their adorable romance moments! I'm even more excited for Bound to the Orc King now, and I didn't think that would be possible😂

I'm absolutely devouring all of the books in the How I Met My Monster series! Each one is funny, cute, and filled with all the warm and fuzzies. Not to mention the monster aspects🫣
This one had a twist at the end that I sort of guessed, but kept thinking "no way"! I really liked the side plot of the stalker. Zed and Cari being high school sweethearts was extra sweet and I loved that they originally connected through her dog, Radar!

This was adorable!! Bella and Will couldn't be any cuter together🤭 I've been waiting to start this series because I already knew I would binge it and be sad it was over. 2 hours, y'all. I devoured Knotting Hill in 2 hours last night! I just couldn't stop🙂↕️🥹
I laughed until I cried, cried with Bella, and the characters were all super relatable. I felt like I was part of the pack too! I can't wait to devour the rest of the How I Met Your Monster books🖤🖤

This was perfection! I can't and won't get enough😩 Rachiele is determined and independent. Telon is a straight cinnamon roll knight, and even though they're both more stubborn than a pig-I love them😂
I was expecting pretty basic world builging, but Juliette really brought it! Normally, I'm left wishing there was more to the world in these kind of books, but this was the perfect amount! I was just as absorbed in the world Rachiele and Telon were traveling through, the creatures, and old blood magic as I was straight up DEVOURING their budding romance. I can't wait to get Knight's Oath and read about Corin and Eliana!
