This is hands down one of my all time favorite reads!😍 I don't think I'll EVER find another book to compare to whatever magic Vela Roth has put into this book. Cassia and Lio are so perfect together, and I don't ever want their story to end.

Blood Mercy has everything you could want in an epic, romantic fantasy. It has in-depth world building, political intrigue, a unique magic system, the sweetest of romances, familial bonds, and sticking it to the man, or in this case the tyrant king. 

I'm so excited to start book 2 and continue on this amazingly beautiful adventure🖤

I really enjoyed the premise of the book, but wish there was more world building so that I could follow the plot more. It's a great short read, and I loved all of the characters, switching between the Land of Season and the Land of Texas, and the different POVs. All of the sisters are so different from the childhood each had in the Land of Texas and that made each of their point of views easy to tell who it was as well as giving totally different perspectives instead of feeling like I'm just re-reading a scene. I'm excited for the sequel and hope that it keeps the same pace as the last half of the book. 

I need book 4 now!! Every book in this series just keeps getting better and better. I'm in love with this series and can't wait to read the rest. My mouth was hanging open through this whole book. Everything that books one and two were leading up to finally arrived and blew me away in the best way possible!🖤

I cannot get enough of this series! The world Frankie created is just *chef's kiss*. The second book was even better than the first with more corrupt politics, betrayals, and heartbreak! I might have shed tears a few times. 

I really loved this book🖤 I read this a lot slower than I normally would, but because I didn't want it to end. I want to savor the story and the characters. I love this world so much! Everything about this book is so unique and intriguing that even when I wasn't reading, I was thinking of what's going to happen next, all of the possibilities, and what could happen to everyone. 
Going into book 2, I'm a little worried about all of the blood oaths that Lyr has tied herself to now that keeping secrets is a lot harder.
