I'm honestly SHOOK right now! I absolutely loved those twists and the ending.
The beginning instantly got my attention and was creepy, but the middle is where it dragged for me. I loved the dual timeline and how Dawn's chapters were her emails to Mia.
I was worried I wouldn't like this, or that Frieda McFadden wouldn't be for me since I didn't like Never Lie all that much. I'm so glad I gave this one a try!
The ending made me so happy. I LOVED that Dawn and Natalie both lived and now are living with the unspoken agreement of keeping their deadly secrets.
Throughout the whole book, my guess for the twist was that Natalie didn't kill Dawn, but that DAWN killed NATALIE then basically took over her life. As the story unraveled, it kept making more sense with the way Natalie began to nit-pick certain things.

Wtf. What. The. Fuck. Was that?!
I have SO many emotions right now that I hope isn't a reading slump 😭
This series has easily turned into "I'd sell my kidney to read it for the first time again". I love every single character. All of the foreshadowing and connections is amazing! I can't wait for January to get my hands on Onyx Storm. I NEED to know what happens to Xaden 🥹😭 I honestly don't see how he's going to recover from this or anything. I refuse to believe the enemies to lovers to enemies 🥲

Dude. WHAT?
I loved everything about this, but there aren't any words to compare to what I'm feeling after that cliffhanger.
I put off reading Fourth Wing for so long because I'm always worried that popular books won't live up to the hype. I was SO wrong about this one 😍😍
I had SO many theories flying the whole time and NEVER saw that ending coming. I'm crossing my fingers so tight that Iron Flame doesn't leave off like that since book 3 still doesn't have a release date 🫠
And just as a side note, I did bawl like a baby the last 30 pages🥹

I have nothing but love for this duology🥹 I don't know how anything is going to top it. I want my memories erased so that I can read this for the first time again🥺
I loved Elm’s POV and his and Ione’s relationship. They were absolutely ADORABLE.
I don't have a lot of words for this series, just a heaping pile of emotions lol. I was so happy, confused, and crying my eyes out through all of it for almost every character.
The Shepherd King duology is going in my comfort pile 🥹🫶🏻🖤

I loved this sm! The family bonds, friendships, banter, world, all of it. The magic is unique with tons of mysteries to unravel from God's, Spirits, and individual fates and riddles.
The beginning immediately had me hooked and wanting more. Kya is the first one introduced and she is just amazing! Fierce, strong-willed, and deeply loyal. I loved all of the characters and thought they had great development and depth. I hope we get to read more about Mav, Arres, and Hakoa since they are so close to Ryker.
Ryker & Kya were too cute and it was so refreshing to have them not be enemies. From the moment the bond snapped into place, Ryker was obsessed and I loved the back and forth between them before they actually met. Of course, the banter just got better from there though lol.
The ending though?! I already want to reread this! I can't wait for the next book. I’m so happy to have been given the opportunity to receive this as an arc, but now I have to wait longer to get my hands on book 2🥹🥹 The cliffhanger had me in absolute tears and the epilogue only had me questioning EVERYTHING.
Worthy of Fate by A.N. Caudle releases April 11th and I cannot wait! It will also be on KU so make sure to grab it and read it ASAP🖤🖤🫶🏻 Thank you SO much A.N Caudle for this master piece 👌🏻😍

This was such an amazing sequel! Sunbringer brought more world building, information about the gods, amazing character development and super shocking reveals.
It starts off pretty much where it left off. There's multiple POVs, and I love that about this series. The POVs were split just right. Just when you start wondering about someone, here's their chapter lol. Everyone was pretty much split up for majority of the book and come together the last 50 pages for a huge cliffhanger!
How Godkiller was so black & white with Gods vs Godkillers, Sunbringer gives you so much gray area you aren't sure who is being manipulated or doing the manipulating. I cried quite a few times over the gods as well as for Kissen, Telle, Yatho, Elogast, Inara and even Skedicith♡
I genuinely believe that Sunbringer was better than Godkiller and that the series is only going to get better after discovering the truth about a lot of the characters and world.
Thank you so much Harper Collins & Hannah Kaner for the review copy!♡

I enjoyed this series. It had great world building, a unique magic system, and plenty of shocks/twists that I didn't see coming. This book was such an eye-opener to everything that went on in the series and was the perfect ending ♡ I loved this and would definitely read it again.

This was a fun, quick, and easy read. I loved all of the characters and really believed the rumors around Craven Manor and the abandoned town. I liked that even though not everyone got to rest in peace, Daniel made eternal friends and found a place for himself. The ending was so wholesome. Definitely scary, but so wholesome🫶🏻
