Let's Talk About Love is such a fun read, it's about a girl during summer break at college, about her life, her friends, her job. It's about her meeting new people, learning about herself, learning how to interact with the world, and growing up. I am so happy that this book's main character is asexual and that part of the story is about that fact, that isn't the main story, it's part of who she is and the world that we exist in makes that fact something that can't be ignored even if you want to. Everything that builds in this story is wonderful and though the end is satisfying I wished there was more just because the characters were so fun to be around, to know more about.

A wonderful book on the starting path of turning forensic science into something that can be used in court. The story of Edward Oscar Heinrich is fascinating and I wish I had known of his sooner. 
A definite recommendation to anyone who is into true crime or science, or the history of both.

What a wonderful story, the way the characters are written you get to build them in your mind as they find themselves and grow up. The plot is quite good, I can never turn down a "books as black market items" plots and this takes that and weaves in a bit of magic, bit of war, bit of invention. If you'd like a book that keeps growing until the last page (where you want to get the 2nd book asap) and like characters with flaws that don't keep them from becoming more than they thought they could be, and budding friendships. And adventure, and, well, books, this is something you should definitely read.
