Interesting and intriguing take in someone's life from teenage to adult. For a moment it read as a non-fiction book. Well written 

Cute story. ASL used among the characters. 

This quick short novella is whimsical and introduce us to the magical Cobblestone Coven world. It's an itty bitty morsel of characters who for one reason or another must overcome shortcomings and find new paths. If you are into cozy stories this is for you.

I enjoyed this quick read. It is not complicated and it's just the beginnings of a new relationship. If you like age gap, forced proximity romances with plenty of spice this book is for you. The narrators brought the audiobook to life. I highly recommend giving it a listen. It increased the rating I had originally given this book.

This reverse gap dominant kink story has all the makings of a good tale. She's at first reluctant to engage with whom she perceives as too young to be with her, but he convinced her with his dom side and so much care. The surrounding characters made the book. The love they showed for both Salt and Pepper was a perfect compliment to the story. 
If you are into light BDSM with plot, this book is for you. It's not to say it doesn't get intense, but it's not nearly as heavy as other reads in this sub genre.

Problematic author 

Not in the mood for this

This sweet debut novella was a quick palate cleanser after some heavy reads. It is very similar in plot to the movie 13 Going on 30, just backwards. Nate and Maddy find themselves transported back to when they were teens and get a do-over to their relationship while in school with their future memories intact. I loved their witty banter and interactions and how they came to find their feelings for each other. There is a touch of magical realism, and the resolution is satisfying. If you are a person who doesn't care for spice, you can easily skip the chapters toward the end without missing on the story. I would read more books from this author.
