This is a spoiler free review for the whole series as I don't like rating individual volumes and would rather rate the series as a whole.

Ah this series, I have such conflicting thoughts on. Firstly, the art is amazing. It's so fun, it conveys the characters perfectly, and some panels are so detailed and gorgeous. The plot for the most part is also really interesting and engaging, and I enjoyed the the characters development and where they end up. It'd maybe be a 5 star series, however, there is a slightly weird relationship situation played with along the way that would be very inappropriate but nothing ever happens and so it's sort of just there to develop the plot in a certain way. It's not bad I'm just never sure how I feel about it as a plot device. Otherwise a great read and maybe figure out for yourself how you feel about it!

I really enjoyed reading this series as it came out. It's a fun take on an adult aged character romance. I loved the inclusion of the video game elements and other otaku culture inclusions. The characters are all super cute and have fun personalities and relationship dynamics. My biggest drawback for this series is I really loved the couple in the first volume and they aren't really the focus again until the last volume with other couples being a main focus in volumes in between. Still a fun read though!

This is an amazing manga series which deals with some dark topics but handles them really well. It was the first manga I picked up when I was getting back into reading and I'm really glad I did. It's an emotional and engaging read which makes you think about the people around you. I love the journey the characters go on and their emotional development. The art being pretty doesn't hurt either!

I decided to read this series as an adult as the anime was a big piece of childhood nostalgia for me. I had a great time reading it and remembering bits and pieces from when I was younger. I think it's a really fun series with some strong themes and an amazing art style. I don't think it hit as hard as it did when I was younger, and honestly I found some parts confusing, but I'm really glad I read it.

I picked this up because it looked super cute, and it was. I probably won't read the rest of the series but I think it was quite good as a standalone as the story isn't super deep. I wanted a cute funny cat story, and that is what it provided.

This is a spoiler free review for the whole series, up to where it is currently out in English volumes (volume 4). I update it periodically as I don't like rating individual volumes and would rather rate the series as a whole.

I read all four volumes of this series in a day because it hooked from the get go and had me kicking my legs at the romance in no time. Is it is just a fun time. The drama can seem a bit juvenile for the characters age at times but I think their backstory explains it enough for it not to bother me.

I originally picked up this series as I was intrigued by the art style, and lets face it the weird title, but I stayed for emotional character development and engaging mystery plotline. There is so much to this series that I think people will enjoy, I certainly do.

I have been hooked on Frieren since volume 1. I love the emotional take on the traditional fantasy setting and world. The art is incredible and I am always blown away by the detail in the backgrounds. The characters show great development along with the plotline. It's not a perfect series, it has dragged in places, but I always look forward to a new volume.

I think this is a fun series and it's a style of yuri we dont see a lot of. I don't love the episodic format but I get the hype and think it's worth a read!

Thank you to NetGalley for a copy of this manga for review!

Fall in Love, You False Angels Volume 1 by Coco Uzuki is a fun start to a romantic comedy.

The characters were easily likeable and their personalities kept the plot interesting. It seems like it will be an interesting story from this intriguing start. In some ways not a lot happened in this volume and in others it progressed much faster than many other series I have read. I didn't expect it to touch on some deeper topics but I think it was done well for the time spent on it. The art style is super pretty, especially with how the main characters are drawn.

I'm not immediately hooked as I think the characters need to develop a little more depth but I'll give volume 2 a go to see how I feel after that!
