Although slow initially, it really grabbed me towards the middle and then I couldn’t put it down. This book deal with secrets, friendships and second chances. I loved it!
slow-paced

While I loved the premise of this book, it just took too long to develop. The slow pace totally turned me off. Towards the middle I started to regain interest but at the same time I started to get annoyed by the characters.

This was a super cute book about love and friendship. 4 stars because some parts were repetitive.

I wanted to love this book, because I love vacations, but I didn’t. I think in part it’s because of the pace. Ultimately I bumped it to 4 stars because I loved the friendship thread that was woven through the story. True friendship is hard to find and I loved reading about it!

This book broke my heart and glued it back together. The alternating timelines meshed the past with the present and I was always dying to get back to the other storyline to see what happened next. The Things We Leave Unfinished is a story of loss, love and family legacies.

This was a super cute story about second chances.

This was a heartbreaking tale of a single mom of twins who faces many challenges. The military influence teaches us about the very sad concept of “the last letter”. Beautifully written.

Fun story about second chances, friendship and life.

Cute sequel that I didn't know existed when I wrote my review for 28 Summers. I loved how it tied up everything neatly.

This was a beautiful book about love, friendship and parenting. At times it made me sad, especially when k realized how it would probably end. Is it silly of me to wish for a sequel?
