I find it difficult to rate non-fiction books as I've not read very many yet, but this book exceeded every expectation. I didn't put it down feeling unsatisfied or like I needed to do more research, I put the book down ready to employ the techniques in my own life.

I requested this ARC as my girlfriend was struggling with her sleeping habits (and mine weren't great either!). It was beyond helpful. Not only was the advice fantastic, but the science behind these techniques were explained AND everything was laid out in the most beautiful way, with gorgeous artwork separating the chapters.

This book was brilliant - it did what it said on the cover; helped provide calm and cozy sleep.
