The romance was a bit fast, but since it's a stand-alone, I'll forgive it. This book is so beautifully written and I just was enthralled the whole time.

The story was very cute and the romance was well-written, but the plot didn't draw me in. I wasn't enthralled, but actually a little bored, which surprises me because the plot was interesting. I'm sad I didn't love this book, but I just didn't.

This was a great retelling of Snow White with a good romance, but this book, while a stand-alone, could've done better with some more explanation of how the world works.

50 shades meet the Greek Gods, and not in a good way. This book is for you if you want a book that's all porn and has no plot. I don't like books like that though. It was 90% sex and 10% plot. The plot we did get was good, wish we had more of it though.

This was beautiful world building and beautiful characters, but the audiobook confused the heck out of me. They would switch perspectives on you and not tell you. The only hint was the change of person. Sometimes it was 1st person and sometimes it was 3rd.

Apparently I love me some knight/princess ship dynamics because I loved it in here. The writing style left me wanting a little more though. It didn't immerse me as much as I wanted, but still a great story.

Again, their writing style always leaves me wanting more, but this was such an enthralling story and I love an open-ended ending and independent female characters. Sometimes I got a little bored, but there was always some action to bring me back in.

Such an awkward writing style, or maybe it was the audiobook. All the sentences felt short and robotic. Maybe it was the narrator, but it was jarring and awkward. The first half of the book was rather boring, but it does pick up, but idk if it was worth it.

One of my fave series, but not my fave book in the series. It felt pretty slow, but the ending was very good. My love for the series really boosted the score. I can't wait to see where this series goes!

I'm being nice, but I'm just not clicking with the characters. The next book sounds interesting, so I'll keep going. There was a lot of nice action in this book, but one VERY annoying character that wasn't needed at all.
