Very spooky and definitely stirred some anger in me because so many things went unanswered. I wish we had more answers but I kinda understand it leaving us hanging. 

This was nonstop action, to the very end. It did get a little too much, but still, everything was so moving and i really enjoyed it.

For a Bridgerton book, this was actually not too bad. I really liked the diamond hunting plot. The romance was fine. But I enjoyed it in the end.

Another banger? I'm unsurprised.
I did feel it was slower than the first, but I'm so drawn into the story and storytelling that it's ok. 

It took me too long to get into this. I didn't start enjoying it until half way. That was pretty creepy, but that took too long.

I get it. I entered my Robin Hobb journey on the wrong book, but this book had 0 plot. I was so bored and actually stopped reading to read another book because this book was painful. 

I read this because I needed a break from another book. A good book to turn your brain off too. The main character was fine, her love interest was even better. 

The romance was soooo good. There were parts i really didn't enjoy, like the spice and some character interactions and decisions. But the overall plot and chemistry just bumped it up.

No plot until 60% and even then the plot was barely there. It felt like the ball was dropped with this whole book. The potential was there!

Beginning good. Ending great! That whole middle part... unnecessary. This series would've been better as 2 books instead of 3.
