Hidden Children is a horror novel following a series of strange ongoings in a small Ozark town. This book was very creepy and crawly and I had a tough time getting through it. Overall the concept was very interesting but definitely not my type of horror book. 3/5 stars.

It Should Have Been You is a thriller novel following the series of catastrophic events following a text Susan sends to the wrong group chat. I truly did not know where this story was going at any point. I liked how we as readers didn't know all of the details right away and learned the information as everyone else did. This book made me stay up late to finish reading. So good!! 5/5 stars.

There Lies the Inheritence is a prequel novel intended to set up how Luci came into possession of her grandmother's library. I did not expect there to be a mystery to solve within this book. I thought it would be more like a "getting acclimated to the store" prequel. Due to the short nature of the prequel, I do not think there was enough time to fully flesh out this mystery and do it justice. A very quick, unfulfilling read. 3/5 stars.
