This series keeps getting better with each omnibus.
Like many other readers who enjoyed this manga, I was interested in reading it because of the gorgeous cover. Now I know the saying about not judging a book by its cover but in this case I am glad I did because I absolutely loved this. The relationship between Shiva and Teacher is really sweet and it is obvious he really cares about her. I can't wait to read the second volume.
Another entertaining volume with Kamala Khan saving the world and being awesome at it, and now she has a giant pet dog to help her. I am really enjoying this series and look forward to more of it.
This was really cute! Of course being a children's book it's going to be cute, but I really loved the interaction between Mattie and Gemma. It was nice too that Mattie had a crush on both a boy and a girl; there needs to be more books with bisexual characters. Also I'm going to start reading more of Shakespeare's plays, starting with Romeo and Juliet.
Roald Dahl's Book of Ghost Stories
L.P. Hartley, E.F. Benson, Mary Treadgold, A.M. Burrage, Jonas Lie, F. Marion Crawford, Robert Aickman, Rosemary Timperley, Cynthia Asquith, Richard Barham Middleton, Roald Dahl, Edith Wharton, J. Sheridan Le Fanu
This is a nice collection of creepy ghost stories. My favorites are Afterward by Edith Wharton and The Ghost of a Hand by J. Sheridan le Fanu.
This was so good that I finished it in three days. It is so beautifully written and so enchanting! The characters are interesting too, although the villain was kind of boring. However, the rest of the book is superb, I can overlook that to appreciate this novel.

This is such a fun and delightful. It is about Zahrah, a girl who was born with dadalocks. When her best friend Dari goes into a coma after being bitten by a snake, she ventures into the Forbidden Greeny Jungle to retrieve the only thing that can save him, which is an unfertilized egg of an elgort, the most dangerous and deadly beast in the jungle. She encounters all kinds of fantastical creatures and plants during her adventure. The worldbuilding in this book is so imaginative and vibrant. Also the way Zahrah goes from being afraid of her ability to fly to embracing it was absolutely delightful to read about.
