Very enjoyable, lighthearted quick literary fiction. I came across it looking for fiction set in the 1940s and read it in two days. It gets very repetitive and overly heavy on the female relationship stuff, but overall glad I read it.

I liked this but it is confusing and I will need to fact check many things with my nutritionist. But fasting and alternating IF times works great. Have lost 15 pounds this way. My biggest criticism of Mindy is the way she inserts ads right in the middle of her YouTube videos. One day I got a Dominos Pizza ad. Content creators do have control over whether ads are placed in the middle. I won't even watch her videos anymore.
