I have been putting off reading Locke for a while as I didn't want this series to end.

Boy what a gut wrenching read. So much darkness both Maddox and Emmy need to get through to find their light.

I loved the journey this pair went through to get where they are. I laughed I cried I wanted to scream.

I particularly enjoyed the epilogue, and I am sooooo looking forward to Cohen and Dani' s book. Cohen's the man

I have previously read and thoroughly enjoyed the first book in the London Lovers series, A Broken Us, so when I was given the opportunity to read and advanced copy of Becoming Us, it was a no brainer.

In A Broken Us, we learned a little about how Fin and Brody became a couple, but this prologue book delves right in there, gives us the nitty-gritty of their relationship.

We also hear a lot more about the bit-player in A Broken Us, Jake LaShae. We knew that Fin had a crush on him, but wow this was so much more.

And I have to say, I did not like Jake at all. He was a complete douche to Fin and my heart broke over and over for her with things that happened.

I completely and utterly adored Brody from the moment we meet him. He is sweet and caring - though at times I wanted to slap the crap out of him for things and he says to Fin. I could understand why - even though I didn't agree with him - but my heart shattered for our lovelies as they forged ahead with their relationship.

So, do they get their HEA? Nope, for that you are going to have to read for yourself.
Though this is the second in the London Lovers series, you could read it first.

Ms Daws has drawn us right into the world of her characters, and I am very much looking forward to what is coming next.

I've always been curious about Matt Montgomery while reading this series.

I was not disappointed at all. this is a sexy, hot romance that also gives you a punch in the guts, especially as we learn more about Nic.

I loved that we got lots of the whole Montgomery extended family and now need to get with it and read the next books.

It is no surprise to those that have read my reviews of the Bullet series, that Brad Payne was not my favourite character for a long time. But that has changed in the past couple of books.

When I read that Jade C Jamison was writing this Christmas novella about Brad and Val and the kids, I was very excited.

And I was not disappointed.

I loved that we got to spend time with the family as they try to get away from, you guessed it by the title, a stalker.

There was mystery and intrigue all around as they try to protect their family while having a fun Christmas with the kids.

I knew that the stalker was not going to be the obvious person in the book, but wow it really took me by surprise when we find out who it was. I am usually pretty cluey when it comes to these sorts of storylines and a lot of the time I can pick who it was early on, but not this time!

Thank you Jade for giving us more of the Bullet family

Don't let the title scare you away - it is not all what this story is about! This story is so much more.

I have read most of Jade C Jamison's books, and this is a step away from her usual - not a metal band or a rocker in sight!

Kaylee is a shy, reserved college student from a strict Catholic background, and she is quite frankly embarrassed by her friends and roommate's sex talk.

Blaze is her friend's brother, and the guy she has been crushing on for such a long time.

Kaylee is on the verge of her sexual awakening, but when her friends decide to give orgasmic meditation a go, she just can't do it. You can't help but feel for Kaylee. We have all been where she is at some time in her life. You can feel her embarrassment, you can hear her brain thinking things over. I was not brought up in a strict religous family, but I can imagine the conflicting emotions she is feeling as the story progresses.

Enter Blaze to the rescue. He is as hot as his name suggests, and he is just the person to help Kaylee come out of her cocoon and show the world the beautiful, sexual butterfly she has been hiding all along. I love how he knows her, he gets what she is feeling, he understands her hesitance. He has also been longing, wanting from afar.

This could be the perfect opportunity for Kaylee and Blaze to bring their feelings out into the open and flourish.

While this book is sexy and hot, it is also sweet and tender and loving. They say opposites attract, and Kaylee and Blaze could not be any more different if they tried - and this makes them perfect for each other.

So, does Kaylee get her O? Can she and Blaze have a relationship, get their HEA?

Nope, for that you are going to have to read for yourself.

Ms Jamison has a way of getting right into her character's headspace, and she drags you there with her. While this is so completely different from her other books, I think this is going to be one of my favourites of hers (so far anyway!!)

What would you do if your lost love came back into your life a decade later?

This is the premise of the Don't Deny Me series.

When Alice and Mick meet up again 10 years after their break up, you can tell that things are going to be interesting. You get the feeling that things were pretty intense when they were together before, but will they again?

We don't know what happened in their relationship, only that their breakup was pretty hard on Alice, and Mick couldn't give her what she needed. It is passionate, but is the passion still there?

The attraction and tension between the duo is off the charts. The sparks fly and god help anyone who gets caught in that crossfire.

This book did move along quite slowly for a little while in the middle before BAM it all came to a head at the end, ending on a bit of a cliffy.

This was a good start to this serial series (3 parts in all, each realeased a week apart), and it is going to be intersting to see where things go in the next installment.

So after the end of Don't Deny Me part 1, I was looking forward to see where Mick and Alice took their relationship.

I was a bit confused when I started reading part 2, as it did not continue on from the end of book 1, but went back 10 years to when they first met.

It did fill in a few blanks for us. It delved into their relationship - which wasn't that easy to watch really. Yes, it was hot and fiery and passionate, but gees Louise this pair! They were a train wreck to read in a relationship. Talk about needing to learn to communicate. Talk about a pair of stubborn heads!

I was a bit let down with what the reason for the big breakup was. Really? That was it???

Do I think that we really needed a whole part of the series devoted to their past? Not really. Yes we did learn more about them, but this could have been done in the present part of their story.

Let's see where part 3 takes us...
