I liked Determinism even more than Fatalism.
Cara and Abel are imperfectly perfect for each other, both gun shy after past relationships.
But fees, the poor girl has to be suffering from a dose of honeymoon cystitis, I felt that some of the sex scenes were just there for the sake of it (and I love a good sex scene).
Now, off to read Essentialism.....

Thank goodness I did not have to wait for this one so I could finish the serial. I realllllly am not a fan of this current trend of serial novellas. Just bring them all out in one book why don't you!!
I really did like Elliott in this one. Simone.... meh. Still don't know about her.
I liked that we got the back story about Molly finally.
Like the rest of this serial, it was sweet, it was hot, it was frustrating. But it didn't have that something that I come to expect from a Megan Hart book.
It wasn't bad per se, it just left me wanting a little. But give it a go, now that the whole series is out you can get stuck right into the whole thing.

Le sigh, River Wilde! I don't know why I put off reading this book for so long! Now I need to get straight onto Torn.
Don't know if it bothered anyone else, but that first quarter of the book when River kept on saying "you're perfect, really" over and over again. Made me want to throw my kindle at the wall. Was glad that stopped, and I really did love this story.
But now am scared to read Torn after reading that epilogue!!!

It has been quite a while since I read Battlescars, so it took me a bit to get back into the swing of who is who and what is what, but once I did I couldn't put Afflicted down. And you could read Afflicted without having read Battlescars.
It doesn't happen very often with me, but it occasionally happens that I come across a character that irritates me and I ust can't take to.
And that is what happens with Piper. I could understand the cause of her actions, but the way she toyed with both Blake and Cole's affections irked me no end.
But Blake was enough for me to get over my aversion to Piper. He was sweet, sexy, hotter than hell, and so torn up over Piper that I could feel his hurt, his anger, his frustration jump off the page.
Now, to get off my bum and read the next book!

I received a copy of this from the publisher for an honest review.
We were lucky in Australia - we got one extra novella in this book than the rest of the world.
These were 3 very enjoyable stories.
I have come to know that I am going to always like Ms Hart's books, and Crossing the Line met my expectations. It was hot, hot, hot and I just loved Caitlyn and Jamison!
I have to say I have not read any of Sarah Morgan's works before Burned - but I am pretty darn sure I will now! Rosie and Hunter's story set my kindle on fire. There's is a black belt of unresolved sexual tension (well, unresolved for a little while anyway!!) I loved that they had their history and how they struggled against it. There was plenty of emotion for a short story.
Lauren Dane's Cake was the sweet, sexy but not so sexual story to finish up this book.
I LOVED that the story was not just about sex sex sex. There was more of the emotional connection between Wren and Gregori, not just the smokin' hot sex against the wall (hell, not that I have a problem with that AT ALL!!) Their relationship had that slow burn rather than the "relationship-on-speed" that we often get in novellas.
Overall Tangled Up was a great, quick read, and I will be checking out more by all three authors in the future.

I have to say, I had not idea what a "tag chaser" was when I started reading this book, but when I got to it, I could totally understand why our leading lady Paisley is into it. Helloooooo, who doesn't love a man in uniform
But Tag Chaser was so much more than just going after hotties in uniforms - though that is exactly what Corbin is!
It is a sweet, sexy romance between two damaged souls.
At times I wanted to shake Paisley for being so damn stubborn. How Corbin didn't walk away right from the beginning, but I was glad that he stuck it out.
Tag Chaser had sweet time, sexy times, dead set HOT times. I liked that it didn't take me on the journey I was expecting, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.
Thank you to the author for the copy for review

To get the full impact of Finding Us, you should read the first two books in the series Finding You and Finding Me
I have been a fan of the Bad Boy series since I first read Finding You (#1), and have been impatiently waiting for Finding Us (#3) to get to Tate and Low's story.
Although the first two books were about Neva and Logan, we did get to know a little about Tate (Neva's sister) and Low (her best friend). But there was always something a little mysterious about Low, something I felt like she was hiding.
And in Finding Us, we delve right into Low's story. And boy was she hiding something!!
My heart broke for her/with her at times as she dealt with things she had tried so hard to keep in her past. As things are revealed there were a couple of WTF and WOW moments, things that I never would have guessed were what she was hiding.
I loved how Low was so self sacrificing when it came to protecting her friends. So much on her shoulders and she takes that burden all on her own.
Loved her group of friends. We know Logan and Neva, but this time we got more of Tate, Zane and Colt. OMG Colt had me in tears at times, too funny! And then there is Ace... so much more than meets the eye with him too
I felt that Finding Us was a lot darker than the first two in the series (though they also had a dark element to them). And I have to say, this was my favourite of the series so far.
Now, to see where Ms Hartley takes us on the next installment.

My Hunger is a very short novella in the Inside Out Series - in fact it will probably take me longer to write this review than it took to read it!
But just because it is short does not mean that it does not pack a punch.
As Bianca said above, if you have not read the Inside Out series, you should at least read The Master Undone before this one, as it continues directly from where that one ends - after he has met Crystal.
It was great to get back into Mark Compton's head. Through the Inside Out series, I was never really 100% sure if he was a good guy or a bad guy, but through The Master Undone and My Hunger we see a different side to what we have seen before.
I liked Mark's uncertainty in this one. He has always stood out as the strong, confident man running Riptide, but now there are so many things going on that we see that chink in his armour and the softer side of his demeanour.
My Hunger has sexy times, a suspenseful storyline, and just makes me want more.
I neeeeeeed to know what happens not only with Mark and Crystal, but with the ongoing story that has been a major part of the Inside Out series to date.
