I am not a huge, huge fan of novellas, as I find that they are usually too rushed for my liking, however this series does not fell like that.
In fact, I really do quite like what I am reading
I liked how Ali Hazelwood got all of Ian and Hannah's past and present into a short story, and I didn't feel like we were all out of breath as it all happened so fast.
Below Zero is sweet and funny and sparkly and snowing and gingery, and I liked everything about it
I am looking forward to more in the series.

In the words of the fabulous David Rose "I am obsessed with this!"
GQ and the Grump's story continues from right where book 1 ends, and it was the perfect conclusion to our lovelies story.
And like a sprig of edelweiss, we saw their relationship continue to bloom and grow.
I liked that there was no OTT drama, no stupid miscommunications that kept them apart. Just a lovely, cute and sexy story.
It was good to see more of the guys from previous series intertwined with Ryan and Jameson's story, and I look forward to the next couple in the Chicago Heat series.

Yay yay yay! New words from Leisa Rayven!
Below is a visual of me reading about Toby
I mean, who doesn't love a cardigan wearing geek?
Joanna though, she is riddle wrapped in a mystery covered in enigma. She frustrated me so much, her push/pull with Toby had me yelling at my ereader telling him run run run just as fast as he can. The way she was throwing a change at real, soul crushing love because of a number - ugh.. But she did get better by the end.
I loved seeing the couples from the first two books in the series (though, I cannot lie, I didn't remember much about them at first, but it all came back to me quickly)
I laughted, I yelled, I shed a tear or two.. and loved every second of it.
Toby Jenner - making cardigans sexy again.

It has been a while since I have read a Sanantha Lind hockey story, so it was great to come to a new series,
We have moved from Indianapolis to San Francisco, so we have a whole new set of hockey guys to fall in love with.
Ryker is a very low angst, no drama story. And whilst I liked that, it was also a lot of ... nothing. Nothing happens to get the heart thumping. I was looking for a little something more with the single dad thing (I love a single dad story).
I liked getting to know Ryker, and the way his relationship with his his daughter grows.
And nothing against the falling for the next door neighbour thing, but to me there was nothing about Avery that stood out. I needed to know more about her. All I go was she walks her dog a lot! I did like her relationship with Ryker's daughter though.
I know there is a lot of setting up to do with the first in a series, so I will be reading more of these books in the future. This one just fell a bit flat for me.

Tara Moss has given us another enthralling story with The Ghosts Of Paris.
Post-war Sydney is not a place for the faint hearted, and being a female private investigator in that time has more than a few hurdles for her overcome.
Billie Walker is one of those women that paved the way for women of today to be able to do and be anything. The old boys club doesn't stand a chance when she puts her mind to something.
I loved Dead Man's Switch, and Billie's story has her not only investigating for her client, but doing a bit of delving in to things from her past too.
Mysterious, emotional and absolutely having the reader need to turn the page to find out what happens, The Ghosts Of Paris is a book that I will be reading again (and I rarely reread anything).
I look forward to seeing where Tara Moss takes Billie Walker and Sam in the future.

When It Falls Apart is the wonderful start to a new series by Catherine Bybee (an author that hasn't et me down yet).
Brooke and Luca's story is a feel good, low angst story of moving on, starting over and finding love again.
Add in a scene stealer of a little girl and you will be left smiling.
It is not all easy going, as our lovelies deal with every day issues that could affect any of us, yet they do it all knowing they have each other's backs.
Then there is the wonderful D'Angelo family who will a) make you want to be part of them and b) make you put on weight just thinking of all the delicious Italian food they prepare.
I am looking forward to more of this series (and we have a bit of set up already for the sister's story me thinks!)

Fake dating books are a favourite of mine. You just know that the couple are going to fall violently in love, but they just can't see it, while we are on the sidelines cheering them on.
Jade and Donovan's story is nothing less than cute and sweet - oh, and you will be dreaming of cupcakes so will probably put on a few pounds whilst you are reading.
I liked that Jade, even though everyone hates her, stand by her decisions. I liked Donovan (eventually) giving an supports her, even if it is for selfish reasons at first.
I also adored Donovan's business partners, and I am soooo hoping they get their stories told in the future.
