3 stars, and it is only 3 because of the talent - they did an amazing job with a lacklustre script.

It took 3 people to write this? Really?

It was completely over produced - did we really need the kissing noises, the noises of someone writing in a notebook? No, we did not.

And what was with the 20+ second musical interludes between each scene? I had to check that my phone hadn't switched to Spotify when the music kept going.

Shane East as Teddy was the standout for me

Audible plus download.

I am wondering if there are more books set in this Hallmark-perfect town, as I got the feeling I should have known this town/these people?

Cute, veeeerrry instalove (marriage talk on day 2 or 3 of knowing each other? Eeek!)

Great narrators, kept me engaged during a drive today

Aaah, Blue Belle - now if that isn't a town name that will give you all sorts of ideas of what is going on.

And if you are thinking small town, football obsessed and everyone in your business, then you are spot on.

Ronan and Nova are each other's one night stand they cannot forget, and when they meet up again, those sparks fly again - though this time it is not the lusty sparks, it is the I kinda hate you vibe.

Add in the small town where everyone is in their business and hijinx ensue.

I mean, the premis of the story is nothing new, I have read many former-sports-star-moves-to-small-town stories, but there was something about Nova and Ronan that I just couldn't stop reading.

Enjoyable small town romance, with fun, laughter and some sadness and frustration (this is aimed at you, Ronan!!). I wouldn't mind going back to this town for more stories.

I haven't read Kim Loraine in ages, and have't read the first in the Anything For Love series, but that didn't matter.

Because she had me at "hockey",

I adored Elyse and Ethan's story - which was made all the better by Shane East in my ears :) Can we say total eargasms as he whispers sweet nothings to me... I mean, to Elyse

From their their awesome meet cute that had me laughing, to the last line, I just really, really liked this story.

It is not only those on the front line that win a war.

The Nurses' War gives us a look at what those behind the scenes, particularly nurses go through. It it poignant, heartbreaking, yet full of hope.

So much sacrifice by these nurses, so much pain.

Beautifully written, and will keep you thinking.

Enjoyable quick read that left me smiling

Thank you New South books for my copy ofvLove In The Time Of Bertie.

This is the first in this series I have read, but I have read other books by this author.

And it is time to admit thatcthis author is not for me.

I found this book very disjointed, it numped from one person/group to another, and I couldn't get a real sense of any of them - this could be because I came in to it so late though

I know there are so many who love Alexander McCall-Smith, and i gave it a red hot go, but no more for me

3.5 stars

Cute mRriage of convenience tale, glad they didn't draw out really getting together too long
